Felt very sturdy and robust. Again, haven't opened the plastic manuf. seal to check the durability of the meshes, but there was little flex in the items. When I initially received the item, I thought I had received a picture frame because of how firm the contents were!

It came in today I bought it for my daughter’s cat it is bigger than I expected so she should fit in it just fine.
